- ・Please hold the items. We will arrange for the courier company to collect the items to be returned.
- ・In case you arrange international parcel forwarding services or choose to carry the items on your own, we will pack the items securely as possible with extra care upon your request.
- ・Be advised we are only liable for damages of goods delivered to the destination within regions of Japan. Please inspect the items upon delivery and inform us immediately in case damages are found. Once the goods are forwarded from this point, we cannot arrange returns or exchanges nor be held liable.
