Delivery Time

• Standard shipping will take place within 2~3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
• Please contact us in case you do not receive the parcel 2 weeks after payment.

• ・Please hold the items. We will arrange for the courier company to collect the items to be returned.
• ・In case you arrange international parcel forwarding services or choose to carry the items on your own, we will pack the items securely as possible with extra care upon your request.
• ・Be advised we are only liable for damages of goods delivered to the destination within regions of Japan. Please inspect the items upon delivery and inform us immediately in case damages are found. Damage

When shipping internationally, packages cannot be treated as “fragile” items. We will pack your package very carefully to prevent damage, but there is always a risk when shipping fragile items such as ceramics.
