  • About Wooden Products

    Care Guide

    • Colors and grain varies for each item due to natural wood. Humidity or dryness may cause swelling, warps and changes in shape.
    • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
    • Never use the dishwasher / dryer.
  • Unfinished Wood

    Prior to use and regular oiling is recommended to reduce stains and damages. Apply a thin layer of food-safe mineral oil or beeswax using a soft cloth, following the wood grain.

  • Chopstics / Cutlery / C.S. boards
    • Refrain from soaking in water. Prolonged exposure to water and moisture may cause discoloration, odor, mold and mildew.
    • Clean gently with a damp cloth or soft sponge after each use. Let dry thoroughly before storing.
  • C.S. Board
    • This product is made of unfinished wood.
    • The handle is made of porcelain. Handle with care to avoid risk of damage from impact. 
    • Humidity, temperature changes or direct sunlight may cause cracks, warps or swelling. Slight gaps are intentionally made between handle and board for this reason.
    • There may be differences in degree of burn, misalignments, blurring in branding iron logo.

・天然木の為、色目や木目は個体差があります。・木の節目や小さな穴等があります。 ・焼印の焦げ具合の違い、ズレ、かすれがあります。 ・湿度、温度差、直射日光などにより反りや割れなどが生じることがあります。 ・長時間水に浸しておくことはお止めください。カビや変色、反りの原因になります。 ・ご使用後は柔らかいスポンジ等で汚れを落とし、よく乾燥させてから収納してください。この商品は無塗装です。ご使用になる前や定期的に、植物性オイルを塗布することをおすすめします。汚れやシミ、毛羽立ちなどが軽減されます。
